Blackberry Cheesecake Ninja Creami Deluxe
A lean, high-protein Ninja Creami Deluxe recipe with blackberries, Greek yogurt and light cream cheese for a tangy cheesecake-style frozen dessert.
Method

Add the blackberries, almond milk, vanilla whey isolate, sweetener, vanilla extract, lemon juice, salt and optional pudding mix to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Blend thoroughly to break down the blackberry seeds as much as possible.

Add the Greek yogurt and softened light cream cheese, then blend again until fully smooth and creamy.
Scrape down the sides once or twice so the cream cheese is fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami Deluxe pint container, keeping it below the max fill line. Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.
A level freeze helps the Creami spin evenly.

Spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting. If the texture is crumbly, add 15–30 ml almond milk and re-spin until creamy.
A second re-spin gives a richer cheesecake-style texture.
